Our Promise.
All orders are carefully packaged and go through a quality control before shipping. Every care is taken with the packaging and shipment of your package but your package is dispatched to you at your own risk. Full payment is required before any goods are sent. Title to the goods remains with Pro Agility Dog until payment is received.
How is my order sent?
Subject to stock, your order is generally dispatched to one of our courier partners within three days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Packages are trackable and a shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent via email when your order is shipped.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process orders in 2-3 days. For Pro-Click orders which are customized to your colour choice, the order will take an additional 4 days to process. All orders begin processing during office hours. Orders placed after 13 h on Friday, or on weekends will not begin processing until the following Monday.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 10h – 18h.
What if I order several items?
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately.
Does free shipping apply to all products ?
Due to shiping costs, unfortunatly we can not offer free shipping to some of our products. (see product description for details)
